Angela Thorp, CVT, VTS (ECC, SAIM) 

Angela obtained her CVT in 1990 and started in emergency medicine in 1995.  She obtained her VTS in Emergency & Critical Care in 2001, being the first to do so in Arizona. In 2008 she became a charter of the Academy of Veterinary Internal Medicine Technicians.  She is a past president of a previous Arizona state technician association and is currently serving as Executive Secretary of AVECCT.  She was awarded the AzVMA Technician of the Year in 2001. She has been published and has lectured internationally for 13 years.  She works as Team Director at 1st Pet Veterinary Centers, Arizona.
